As a Culinary Assistants at Chapel View you serve residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Position Type: On-Call Shifts Available: Varies between 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.85 / hour depending on experience Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343

Requirements

• 1 year prior commercial cooking/ food preparation experience required.
• Current food handlers license preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to those with baking experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
