POSITION SUMMARY: Performs assigned duties to ensure that requested and required foods are provided on schedule according to established recipes and are pleasing and palatable to patients and customers of all ages. Food is prepared in accordance with State and Federal regulations, infection control procedures and department standards to ensure protection from contamination, cross-contamination, and food-borne illness.
