Requirements

  • May be required to be a Qualified Professional as defined by the service definition requirements.
  • Qualified Professional is defined as an individual who is: A graduate of a college or university with a Master’s degree in a human service field and has at least 1 year of full-time post-graduate supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds
  • Complete criminal background
  • Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.

Nice To Haves

  • Employee supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures and program needs
  • Provides employees with individual-specific training and training in the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and applying corrective action to employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Participates in mandated training in our evidenced based practice; Ecosystemic structural family therapy model
  • Completes Service Authorization Requests as needed and ensure that current service authorization is in place prior to the provision of any service
  • Provides clinical supervision to all employees approvals clinical records prepares and maintains clinical records to assure the program is audit ready collaborates with stakeholders and other providers
