This is a full-time Cook/Baker position for 180 days per school year, 6 hours/day, at an assigned school site. The role involves preparing, cooking, baking, and serving a variety of foods in quantity, assisting with other food preparation duties, and maintaining facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. The Cook/Baker will also be responsible for training and providing work direction to others. Key tasks include preparing baked goods, main dishes, salads, and other foods, monitoring food temperatures, serving food, cleaning equipment, and maintaining records.
