Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. This position focuses on breakfast service, including a made-to-order omelette station and preparing lunch items from our full menu. This role will rotate within hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation and sauté & grill stations. Candidate must have at least one year of Culinary experience. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about culinary excellence. This role is well-suited for an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Candidate must have one year of Culinary experience in a full-service menu environment. This position is for AM SHIFT, First shift. Candidate must have availability to work from 5am until 1pm (breakfast service) and 7am-3pm (lunch service). Candidates will need to be available for AM shift scheduling - 5am until 1pm and/or 7am-3pm. Scheduled days will include weekdays and weekends.
