The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional capable of working across all kitchen stations with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in line and fine dining settings.
- Advanced culinary knowledge and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Versatility to work across all kitchen stations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
- Flexibly support various culinary teams and outlets, adapting to the needs of each kitchen area.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency across all kitchen stations, including hot line, cold line, pastry, and banquets.
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with fellow culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain composure and efficiency in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
