Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events. Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk. Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line. Ensure the kitchen is stocked with fresh and properly prepped items. Responsible for cleanliness of all coolers. Including walk-ins and low boys. Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP’s. Ensuring all assignments are completed each shift. Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency and productivity. Will work special events as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Must be able to use a knife safely.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
