This is your chance to learn how a company actually runs—from the inside out. šŸŽÆ What You’ll Be Doing As the COO Executive Intern, you’ll be plugged directly into high-level operations: Support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with daily executive functions including scheduling, communications, and coordination Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership, Board meetings, and external stakeholders Track projects, action items, and organizational initiatives across departments Assist with leadership meetings—agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups Conduct research and gather data to support operational and compliance decisions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help build reports that drive strategy Partner with HR on onboarding coordination and operational processes Support special projects tied to program expansion, compliance, and system improvements Maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive organizational information šŸ‘‰ This role offers direct exposure to executive-level strategy and operations 🧠 What You Bring We’re looking for someone who is: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities A strong communicator who can interact professionally with leadership Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Able to handle confidential information with discretion šŸŽ“ Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in: Healthcare Administration Business Administration Public Health Social Work, Psychology, or related fields No prior experience required—but initiative and professionalism are a must Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred šŸ” What You’ll Learn (This is the Good Part šŸ‘€) How executive leaders make operational and strategic decisions How behavioral health programs are structured, managed, and scaled How compliance, CARF standards, and performance metrics drive operations How to manage real projects that impact real people 🌱 Why Pathways to Life?
