About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance duties related to the conveyor and roller systems.
Maintain adequate replacement parts inventory for critical repairs.
Perform daily visual and sound inspections of systems for possible malfunctions.
Understand relevant computer department functions and controls of pick/pack system.
Perform all compressor maintenance and repair duties.
Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Train additional maintenance staff for needed assistance.
Respond to off-shift emergencies as needed.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties as well as repairs related to all buildings
All minor repairs that are assigned by the Supervisor
Outside grounds clean-up
Light bulb replacement
Snow clearing as needed
Other duties to be assigned as needed.
