About The Position
Our client, a well-established law firm in Johannesburg North, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on an immediate basis. Salary: R18 000.00 CTC per month
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in Conveyancing, with a strong focus on Transfers
- Solid knowledge of the full conveyancing process, from inception to final account
Responsibilities
- Prepare and attend to conveyancing and transfer documentation
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, Deeds Office, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with conveyancing procedures and timelines
- Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
