Converting Operator - Tier One Location: Elkhorn, WI Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM Pay: $2/hour shift differential for 3rd shift! Requirements

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting.
Basic computer and math skills.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed.
High school diploma or GED preferred; 3 years of work history a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate converting machines and keep production running smoothly.
Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
Pack, palletize, and prepare goods for shipment.
Maintain supplies and communicate with team members for seamless shift handoffs.
Record production data accurately and participate in continuous improvement programs like 5S.
Assist coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.
