Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be able to identify the source of problems on complex machinery, and, if noted, take the appropriate corrective action
  • Must be able to read, understand and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures
  • Good organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Occasional sitting
  • Occasional standing
  • Frequent walking
  • Occasional below waste level work
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, pushing/pulling
  • Occasionally lifts up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder, reaching over 15” away from body
  • Occasional fine motor and forceful motion
  • Must have good vision and hearing and use of both hands
  • Must be able to communicate with coworkers and Crew Leaders
  • Must pass company administered color vision test
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in converting and/or a manufacturing environment a plus.
