They are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organisation, the software design and the implementation. The scope of the Solution Architects role is defined by the business issue at hand. To fulfil the role, a Solution Architect utilises business and technology expertise and experience.

Requirements

  • Total 5+ year of experience, 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
  • Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
  • Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts
  • Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
  • Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights and ADK
