Education Assistance WHO YOU ARE You are an experienced Regional Manager with at least five (5) years of property management experience, three (3) years in a manager-level role and a passion for housing. Overall, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the operational and financial performance of our conventional portfolio of communities through the deployment of effective leadership and industry best practices. You'll also have business development responsibilities with identifying and collaborating on third-party management opportunities. Requirements

  • Market-rate/conventional property management experience is required
  • At least five (5) years of property management experience
  • Three (3) years in a manager-level role
  • A passion for housing
  • Maximizing the operational and financial performance of our conventional portfolio of communities through the deployment of effective leadership and industry best practices
  • Business development responsibilities with identifying and collaborating on third-party management opportunities
