Summary: Provides technical assistance over the phone to on site field technicians and end users of AAON. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Answers and solves technical support calls on AAON controls. Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls. Performs job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel. Evaluates the need for escalation to Mechanical Support / Engineering and Controls Engineering. Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position. Use Test Bench to assist field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and Applications. Must be available for afterhours field support during the work week, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is subject to change according to business needs.
