Requirements
- 3–15+ years of experience managing Building Automation or DDC-based projects
- Strong grasp of controls system requirements, sequencing, and installation workflows
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee project scope, schedules, and deliverables for multiple BAS installations
- Manage subcontractors, manpower allocation, and daily field coordination
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, billing support, and change order processes
- Work closely with engineering teams, operations, superintendents, and union foremen
- Provide on-site field oversight when required (local travel within the metro area)
