The Controls Engineer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Company's process, packaging and warehouse control systems in a manner that is consistently driven for improved performance in accordance to industry standards. The successful candidate must be a motivated self-directed person that requires minimal supervision. This person will be expected to identify problems, develop solutions, and quickly implement their strategy. Good communication skills and an assertive personality are both essential to be successful in this position.
