About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshooting and resolving non-conformances, and collaborating with internal engineers and clients to deliver cutting-edge control systems. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PLC programming and automation.
- Experience with PLC-based control systems.
- Strong process documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Rockwell PLCs.
- Work experience in a GMP/Pharma environment.
- Ability to execute assignments with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in site, material, and equipment management.
- Familiarity with assembly of automated equipment.
- Knowledge of safety analysis and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute automation commissioning and validation protocols.
- Troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to provide advanced control systems.
- Define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations.
- Perform testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
