About The Position

Controls Account Manager/Services Sales - Energy Efficiency/BAS company - Philadelphia, PA This company blends/incorporates Building Automation service offerings with Energy Engineering-Analytics services. POSITION: Controls Account Manager/Services Sales LOCATION: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania RESPONSIBILITIES: Mix of Account Management and Service Sales: Maintenance Agreements, Retrofit Work, Pneumatic Upgrades, Parts, etc. 75% - Account Management—mushrooming current business 25% - Business Development—establishing new relationships Client Visits and prospect new projects Work with customers on upgrades, quotes, repairs, service contracts. Ability to estimate most owner-direct jobs. The branch has a Controls Estimator that is helpful on large, complex jobs Client-facing and will receive a few active clients right off the bat Calling up “hunting lists/recapture lists” for prior clients IDEAL CANDIDATE: Prior experience in Sales: Account Management or Service/Maintenance Sales Interest in where Energy Engineering/Analytics meets Building Automation Implementation COMPANY INFO: $5+ Million in BAS Controls Work and growing the department to hit $10 Million Clientele: Class A Buildings Data Centers Education Hospitals/Healthcare Work/Services: Energy Management: Analytics, Engineering Controls Implementation: New Construction, Retrofit, Service OFFERED: Competitive Base Salary + Commission Plan 401K with 6% Match Excellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Vacation & Holiday

Requirements
