We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead Workstream's accounting operations across the U.S., Canada, Singapore, and China. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll own global consolidations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, strengthen internal controls, and prepare the company for future audits. You'll manage a 3-person accounting team based in Singapore and the Philippines, who currently own global payroll, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR), along with oversight of multiple external accounting and bookkeeping firms supporting our international entities. As Workstream scales, you'll help expand the team-potentially hiring 1-2 additional roles within the next 12-18 months, with the opportunity to bring more functions in-house globally. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
