About The Position
Birmingham Green, a person-centered care focus community located in Manassas, Virginia, is seeking a Controller. This position is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, banking, accounting, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting functions for various entities under the Northern Virginia Health Center Commission. The Controller will develop and oversee internal control policies, maintain financial records, prepare financial statements, and provide strategic consultation to management. The role also includes managing relationships with external parties, ensuring compliance with tax reporting, and overseeing audits. The Controller will lead a team, mentor employees, and contribute to corporate goals and objectives.
