About The Position

The Controller serves as the primary financial leader for the Valencia, CA operation, overseeing all accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analytical functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate standards. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive financial performance, improve operational accountability, and support strategic decision-making within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. A key focus includes strengthening inventory accuracy, WIP tracking, and working capital management while enhancing financial processes, systems, and controls.

Requirements

• Deep manufacturing accounting expertise.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least ten years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace & Defense experience.
• Epicor or similar ERP expertise.
• Private equity reporting experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
