About The Position

Kogan & DiSalvo is one of Florida’s top personal injury firms, known for strong advocacy, rapid growth, and a culture that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork. Over the last few years, the firm has expanded significantly across Florida, operating 14 total locations with six staffed offices and hundreds of new cases coming in monthly. The firm operates in a high-volume, contingency-based environment where cash flow timing, trust compliance, and accurate reporting are critical. With continued growth, financial complexity has increased: multiple bank accounts, multiple offices, increasing reporting demands, and the need for better forecasting discipline. Kogan & DiSalvo is seeking a Controller who can fully own the accounting and financial reporting function, bring structure and automation to existing processes, and provide reliable financial clarity to leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a high-level advisory-only position. You will oversee daily accounting operations while supervising one bookkeeper and partnering directly with the Director of Operations.
