Requirements

  • A seasoned finance professional with a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, required.
  • 8+ years of progressive Accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems—Excel mastery is a must!
  • A skilled communicator who can clearly articulate financial insights and build strong relationships.
  • Passionate about leading teams, improving processes, and making strategic contributions that propel a company forward.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and financial reporting tools such as Power BI, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team of 5, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all financial transactions, ensuring every check, payment, and deposit is handled with precision.
  • Manage cash flow to keep the business agile and prepare for new opportunities.
  • Strengthen vendor relationships with timely payments and discounts, while ensuring all receivables are promptly collected.
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations for all Cash accounts.
  • Drive monthly financial reporting, including job costing, AR aging, and balance sheet reconciliations—delivering clear insights to guide company decisions.
  • Support Leadership with strategic budgeting, asset management, and financial planning.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and policies, continuously improving workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes across the organization and support ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Play a key role in insurance renewals, audits, and ensuring compliance across all financial and asset management.
