Come Join the SMC team! This is a full-time, benefitted position that is 40 hours per week. The Controller is responsible for the oversight of the Fiscal department, managing funds that are paid and received, conducting monthly closing procedures, ensuring general ledger entries and accuracy, and performing account reconciliations. The role also includes managing accounts payable and aspects of payroll processing, ensuring the security and accuracy of hospital data, and performing managerial responsibilities of the fiscal department while serving as a resource to department managers. Additionally, the Controller will prepare financial reports for accurate and transparent reporting.
