About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 10 years of solid accounting experience
• Property management software preferred
• Real estate or property accounting experience required

Responsibilities

• Process AP/AR: invoice verification, coding, billing, payments, and collections.
• Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries for corporate and property entities.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and produce monthly property financial reports.
• Prepare month-end and year-end close; prepare consolidated budgets and forecasts.
• Assist CFO as needed
