Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and assets in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor budget adherence and provide regular variance analysis and corrective actions.
  • Oversee cash management activities including daily cash reporting and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with external partners and banks for financial services and optimize cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Supervise accounting team members to ensure accurate and efficient accounting practices.
  • Manage payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial transactions.
  • Analyze departmental costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Recommend strategies to increase profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure effective use of accounting software and systems, making recommendations for improvements.
