About The Position
The Controller is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operational success of a multi-entity, multi-state organization. This role involves providing comprehensive financial updates, guiding fiscal planning, and managing a back-office team to meet the expanding business needs. The Controller will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance efforts.
