Controller

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and elevate our financial infrastructure. You will own the monthly close process, maintain robust internal controls, lead audit and tax efforts, and drive systems improvement—especially in billing, revenue recognition, and data integration. This role is central to the next phase of MDI’s growth: building automation into our billing/revenue subledger, reducing manual dependencies, and transitioning to a scalable, tech-forward finance function. This role reports to the SVP, Finance and is fully remote.
