About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Controller (or Senior Staff Accountant, depending on experience) to lead accounting operations across our multi-entity platform. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing our monthly and year end accounting close, compliance, treasury coordination, and building scalable accounting processes to support a growing portfolio.

Requirements

7+ years of accounting experience
Experience in SaaS, services, or multi-entity environments
Experience managing and reconciling intercompany transactions
Familiarity with venture-backed environments
Strong process design mindset
Ownership mentality

Nice To Haves

CPA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Manage month-end close (target: 5-day business day close)
Oversee multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
Manage outsourced bookkeeping & tax vendors, or internalize for increased efficiency
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll, AP, and AR across Business Units and Infinity Constellation
Partner with Head of Finance on cash forecasting
Manage treasury processes (SVB, Meow, Wise, Ramp)
Monitor capital movements across entities
Oversee audit processes and compliance frameworks
Ensure GAAP compliance
Partner with tax and audit vendors
Implement scalable internal controls
Own Infinity’s relationships with tax and external accounting vendors
Optimize current QuickBooks environment
Help define long-term accounting system roadmap
Improve reporting automation and accuracy
