Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of FP&A and/or Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience supporting multi-site operations (food manufacturing strongly preferred)
  • Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing finance team members
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for operational leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and consolidate budgeting and forecasting for U.S. operations, aligning financial plans with strategic objectives and driving performance across five manufacturing plants.
  • Analyze plant, supply chain, purchasing, and agricultural operations performance, delivering actionable insights to improve profitability, productivity, and cost control.
  • Own month-end financial oversight for operational expenses, including variance analysis (Standard vs. Actual), GL accuracy, costing validation, and executive-level reporting.
  • Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement.
  • Partner with Plant Managers and senior leadership as a key business advisor while leading and developing a team of two FP&A Analysts to strengthen financial performance and organizational value.
