About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic finance leader with executive polish who is comfortable advising senior leadership and presenting at the board level.
As our Senior Director of FP&A, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to the VP of Finance and executive team, leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while translating complex data into clear, actionable insight. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can think on their feet, engage in strong financial dialogue, and confidently guide business decisions in real time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A leadership
• Demonstrated experience presenting to executives and boards
• Advanced modeling and forecasting expertise
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred

Responsibilities

• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP)
• Rolling forecasts and enterprise financial modeling
• Executive and board-level reporting and presentations
• KPI development and performance analysis
• Financial process improvements and decision-support tools
• A high-performing FP&A team
