About The Position

Kforce is working with a client in search of a Controller - IPO Readiness & SEC Reporting Leader to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and hybrid near Tarrytown, NY. The schedule is hybrid, and you need to be able to commute to White Plains area (shuttle provided to HQ).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA
• Big 4 or Large Public Accounting experience
• SEC Filing experience
• Controllership experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a B2B company a plus

Responsibilities

• Controllership, leading accounting team
• Monthly, quarterly and year end closes
• Preparing financial statements
• SOX Controls and ensuring IPO Readiness
• SEC filings including IPO document, 10K and 10Q
• Leadership of technical accounting
