About The Position

We are a multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects throughout New England. Our control systems team plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and commissioning reliable PLC/SCADA systems that keep essential infrastructure running. We’re looking for a hands-on Control Systems Engineer / Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working closely with engineers and operators, and seeing projects from design through startup and onto support. Experience with water and wastewater process and process control is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who’s already been in the field and is eager for professional growth; not a brand-new graduate, but not necessarily a PE either. This is not a “sit behind a desk and write ladder all day” job—and it’s not a road-warrior role either. You’ll work on real infrastructure projects that matter to communities You’ll have visibility into the full project lifecycle You’ll work alongside great engineers who truly understand process control Opportunity to grow into lead controls roles and client-facing technical leadership
