You’ll lead optimization efforts to reduce downtime and improve efficiency, while also training operators and maintenance personnel. You’ll track and trend plant system performance, deliver critical reports to leadership, and bring cross-functional teams together when challenges arise. You’ll also support integrated system testing and partner with field technicians to resolve complex technical issues—always with an eye toward safety, compliance, and reliability.
