About The Position

Wire and build electrical custom control panels according to customer specifications. Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics. Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines. Perform panel testing. Assist in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep on time or work with others to come up with a reasonable time frame if it cannot be met. Packaging of control panels upon completion. Assist with shipping and receiving of job material and parts. Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality. Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times. Practices LEAN concepts and methodologies. Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company. Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed. Be Willing to Learn and Grow!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or related Associates' degree
  • At least 5 years of electrical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs periodically
