For almost 40 years, we have been at the cutting edge of equipment manufacturing and technology, creatively blending function, durability, sanitary design, safety, and performance into the design and construction of Blentech systems. We are currently seeking a motivated Control Panel Builder Technician with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our Manufacturing - Panels work center in the Indiana office. Opportunity Overview This position is critical to supporting our manufacturing team by ensuring the highest quality and performance in our control panels. As a member of a dynamic work center, flexibility and the willingness to shift priorities based on production needs are essential.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Control Panel Technician or similar role.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide training and certification for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Building, Wiring, Troubleshooting, and Testing electrical control panels.
Reading electrical schematics and dimensioning layouts accurately.
Executing component preparation, including drilling, tapping, punching, and mounting components to panels.
Performing point-to-point wiring of internal panel components, such as PLCs, relays, motor starters, reduced voltage starters, and VFDs.
Pulling wires for point-to-point wiring to assemble and complete panels.
Packaging completed panels for shipment to our California facility.
Committing to a variety of duties, strong teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving.
