Partner with the best As a Contractual Services- Commercial Manager- NAM/LATAM you will Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develop notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit. As a Contractual Services -Commercial Manager NAM & LATAM Leader, you will be responsible for: Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. Handles diverse clients in a region. Department is involved in Large and Medium-sized sales. Handles country or Large Territory Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred) Have 3+ years of experience in a technical/commercial/Risk role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors Be a self-starter, high motivation level, strong leadership skills Be able to define and lead changes Possess innovative, process mindset and proven track of business impact Have proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders Have excellent customer service mindset Be able to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.
