US Citizenship Required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline and minimum fifteen (15) years' contract proposal experience. Masters and thirteen (13) years of experience. PhD or JD and ten (10) years of experience. Additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree. Active TS/SCI (NRO preferred) Experience with CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, T&M and commercial contracts. Strong grasp of Organizational Conflicts of Interest concepts and mitigation strategies Expert knowledge of FAR, DFAR and applicable Agency supplements Excellent oral and written communications Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and independently with senior management. Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing acquisitions, including FAR, DFARS,TINA and CAS. This position will provide senior contracts support for high complexity and strategic proposals within the Space and Intelligence Business Group and is responsible for the preparation, review and submission of the proposal. The individual will be the “book boss” for all cost and/or contract volumes and as such is responsible for writing the cost proposal, compiling supporting documentation drafting any other required contractual artifacts (OCI mitigation plans, total compensation plans, administrative information, etc.) The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to influence and guide the team through contractual, legal and complex issues while possessing the following skillset: Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners/customers and interact with senior executive leadership of the Business Group. Ability to both identify and mitigate risks related to proposal compliance, pricing strategy, contract execution, performance/reputation Ability to provide creative solutions Work closely with legal, functional counterparts and Sr. Leadership of the company.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship Required
