The Contracts Review Attorney is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts in support of the firm’s engineering and professional service operations. The role provides legal guidance on contract interpretation, identifies and mitigates legal risk, and ensures compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations. The Contracts Review Attorney collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to support contract development, resolve contract-related issues, and facilitate successful project execution across the organization. This position is classified as an independent contractor role. The contractor may perform services from any location, using their own equipment and resources, and will be compensated through Accounts Payable. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and expenses associated with the services provided.
