About The Position

The Contracts Manager at Team Housing Solutions (THS) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts related to supplies, services, and construction projects. This includes identifying and onboarding strategic partners, drafting and negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance throughout execution, and handling contract closeout, reporting, and performance assessment. The role supports THS efforts by securing high-quality vendors and contractors while mitigating risks, controlling costs, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably involving supplies, professional services, and/or construction contracts in logistics, state or federal government sectors, base camps and life support services, emergency and disaster response, or a related industry.
Experience managing full contract lifecycles (cradle-to-grave) required.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with sound judgment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Acquisition/Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of specific field of study
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or similar procurement/contracting certification; familiarity with construction a plus.
Familiarity with FAR / DFARS is a plus.
