Join Vibrint, where your career is a priority, and your future is our shared goal. ______________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a results-driven Contracts Manager with proven contracts and leadership expertise to lead Vibrint's contracting functions across a diverse portfolio of DoD and Federal Civilian Programs, while actively engaging in "hands-on" contract management. This role ensures compliant execution of Vibrint's diverse portfolio of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and task orders per FAR/DFARS and agency-specific regulations through their entire lifecycle. The Contracts Manager will leverage deep experience in contract operations to support growth, mitigate risk, and deliver mission-critical results. Must be able to mentor a strong team and to partner with Vibrint internal program leads and external stakeholders to drive timely modifications and deliverables. US citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
  • 10+ years supporting Federal Government programs across DoD, Civilian environments.
  • Proven leadership in contract management, program/project management, and capture/business development.
  • Expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance, GWAC/IDIQ/BPA vehicles, and subcontract administration.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios and complex task order execution.
  • Strong negotiation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance skills.
  • Experience with Army ITES, NASA SEWP, NITAAC CIO-CS, GSA OASIS and GSA MAS vehicles
  • Familiarity with OCI mitigation strategies
  • US citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to translate BD initiatives into executable contract strategies that maximize capture probability by:
  • Structuring OEM reseller agreements and partner agreements
  • Supporting product sales motions alongside services delivery
  • Aligning contract vehicles to product bundling strategies
  • Supporting subscription or managed services constructs versus only FFP and T&M
  • Negotiating commercial and federal hybrid agreements where necessary
  • TS/SCI preferred with Polygraph (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce Contract Governance & Compliance policies, templates, and processes aligned with FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements
  • Manage lifecycle of GWAC, IDIQ, BPA, and task orders (T&M, FFP), ensuring timely awards, modifications, deliverables and closeouts of the Vibrint Portfolio of Contracts
  • Lead negotiations on complex agreements, flowdowns, IP/data rights, OCI mitigation, and contract pricing strategies
  • Partner with PMO, Finance, BD/Capture, and technical teams to align contract strategies with corporate growth objectives
  • Identify and resolve contractual risks; ensure compliance while maintaining competitive positioning
  • Mentor a high-performing contracts team; set standards for excellence and accountability
  • Serve as a liaison with government COs, primes, and subcontractors; provide executive-level reporting and recommendations
  • Prepare and maintain Contractor Purchasing System Review by DCMA and other stakeholders
  • Report to internal and external stakeholders on Risks Mitigated as well as other reporting deliverables (contract briefs and other reports as required)
