About The Position

Coho Integrated Solutions is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts supporting various healthcare programs. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and program teams, ensuring contracts run smoothly, risks are managed, and compliance is maintained, across both 8(a) and non-8(a) portfolios. This role is considered hybrid.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of contract management experience, with at least 3 years in federal contracting
• Experience supporting healthcare programs
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SCA, and federal small business programs (including 8(a))
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support cradle-to-grave administration of government and commercial goods and services contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements and consulting agreements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, SCA, 8(a) program requirements, and other federal regulations.
• Partner cross-functionally with program, finance, business development, and legal teams to drive alignment and accountability.
• Review solicitations, RFPs, and data calls for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor performance, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
• Input and maintain accurate records in Deltek Costpoint Contracts module
