About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of in-house experience as a contracts manager, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS or similar environment
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating contracts and administering contract lifecycles
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and AI-based legal operations solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce and other business technologies
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills, with the ability to handle high volume and competing priorities
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and commitment to closing open matters efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and order forms
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial request through execution and documentation
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline deal cycles and procurement processes
  • Develop and maintain key templates, playbooks, policies, and knowledge resources
  • Track, report, and analyze department metrics to support strategic decisions
  • Drive continuous process improvements using automation, AI tools, and reimagined workflows
  • Support other legal and compliance duties as needed within a small, dynamic team
