About The Position

You will be the Contracts Management professional for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for providing contract administration support that enables successful delivery of mission‑critical programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Contracts Management professional you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day contract administration activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain contract files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date. Track contract deliverables, milestones, and key dates, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Process contract modifications, extensions, and closeouts in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with program, finance, legal, and supply‑chain partners to resolve contractual issues. Prepare and distribute routine contract reports and correspondence for internal and external audiences. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 1+ years of professional experience.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • Must possess written and oral communication skills
  • Must have excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel as required for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Contracts administration and negotiation experience with a variety of contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF)
  • Experience with building and maintaining high value customer relationships
  • Ability to engage in routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for complex contracts
  • Experience with Lockheed Martin Contracts processes and applications
  • Experience interpreting and negotiating standard USG FAR/DFARS regulations and/or Direct Commercial Sale terms and conditions with foreign agencies/companies
