About The Position

You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management Team . Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to-end contract solutions that support critical defense programs. As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, providing expert business advice, and ensuring strict compliance across all phases of contract execution. Requirements

3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Experience with USG customer
Experience with FAR/DFARs
Experience with ECE/ECS System
Experience with Proposals/Negotiations
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete contract process from capture through proposal, award, and administration.
Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to align contract strategy with business objectives.
Negotiate terms, monitor performance, and resolve contractual issues with customers and internal stakeholders.
Lead and support internal and external audits to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Produce contractual data reports and support training initiatives on contract best practices.
