About The Position

The Contracts Maintenance Manager is the primary liaison to KO, COR, and Facility Manager, and the senior on-site authority responsible for full execution of OMEE contract requirements. This position provides oversight of all O&M services across 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities. 24/7 emergency response oversight. Management of PM, CM, and unscheduled maintenance. Oversight of FOMP, QCP, APP, and AHA programs. Staffing management and performance accountability. Monthly performance reporting to Government.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years healthcare O&M experience
• Minimum 5 years commercial facility management supervisory experience
• Knowledge of TJC, NFPA, OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and UFC standards

Nice To Haves

• ASHE CHFM certification desirable
