We have created an ethical, team oriented, and quality work environment for our employees that cultivates achievement and success. The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for contract intake in the Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) software and preparing contract templates by entering or confirming accurate business information, confirming entity names, addresses, and signature blocks, and ensuring all required fields are complete prior to review and signature. This role plays a critical support function by verifying that documentation aligns with intake forms, internal approvals, and company standards before routing for signature. The coordinator will track contract status, maintain version control, and maintain organized electronic records within the repository. The role requires careful cross-checking of details, monitoring deadlines, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring agreements progress smoothly through execution and post-execution filing. Maintaining clean documentation, tracking key dates such as execution, amendments, expirations, and renewals, and supporting audit readiness are essential responsibilities. In addition, the Contracts Coordinator supports ongoing CLM system initiatives, including data entry accuracy, reporting support, and process enhancements. The role may assist with preparing basic contract status reports and supporting due diligence or internal review projects. The coordinator will also assist with ad hoc legal and operational projects as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and documentation standards. This position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, process-driven individual seeking to build experience in project management, contract administration, legal operations, or corporate governance.
