The VL Contracts and Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in making that possible by supporting Sales teams with accurate, compliant, and well-executed vendor contracts. Working under minimal supervision from the Manager and Supervisor, Software Contracts and Solutions Support, you’ll operate in a call‑center and case‑management environment as a trusted resource for Sales and internal partners. You’ll manage customer-specific contracts for Tier 1 vendors, ensure compliance with vendor and company requirements, and provide clear guidance on volume licensing programs throughout the sales lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-driven work, problem-solving, and continuously improving how things get done—while collaborating closely with Sales, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
