ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded professional to assist in the management of our end-to-end contract lifecycle. In this role, you will be a key player in scaling our legal operations. You will balance risk mitigation with a pragmatic approach to business growth.

Requirements

Experience in contract management, legal operations, or as a commercial paralegal/attorney.
Strong drafting skills with the ability to handle high volumes of diverse agreements.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of a new contract lifecycle management system and oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently from drafting through to final signature.
Participate in negotiations for various commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and partnership contracts.
Apply sound judgment to evaluate actual risks against business requirements, ensuring effective protection while facilitating business growth.
Ensure all agreements adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
Act as a point of contact for contractual inquiries, providing clear explanations of legal concepts to non-legal internal teams and external parties.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to find innovative and viable solutions when contractual issues arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and related communications.
